Volvo: Volvo 850 cranks but wont start, volvo 850 sw, crankshaft sensor

I bought a Volvo 850 SW with 254,0000 miles. This car cranks but will not start. I have replaced the plugs, ignition coil, crankshaft sensor and camshaft sensor still to no avail.

Could the problem be the ECU. Any help will be greatly appreciated

It sounds like you aren't getting a spark to the plugs.  Have you checked this?  The idea will be to trace back into the system until you find the culprit.  Take a spark plug out and hold it close to the chasis while someone cranks.  Does a spark arc over?  Check the wire coming from the coil, does a spark arc there?  Keep tracing back until you do get a spark.  I doubt its the ECU, only because in my experience a malfunctioning ECU will make the car run horribly, but not at all.
