Volvo: Volvo 960 maintainance lights, volvo 960, series instrument

Recently a red light has begun to show up on my Volvo 960's maintainance light strip below my speedometer and on my dashboard.  It is to the far right of the "service" light that goes on every 10,000 miles and appears to be a fan with squiggly lines underneath it.  It turns off after I start driving for a while.  Is this the coolant light?

Unfortunetly I don't have experience with the 960 series instrument cluster.  I would suggest asking one of the experts who profess knowledge of newer Volvos.  Or, www.brickboard.com is a great, free forum in which to ask questions pretaining to the 900 series.
