Volvo: 1989 240 DL- No Start, amp fuse, fuel pump relay

Question
Your question was
Hi, I have a 1989 249DL non-turbo. The car was running when I stored the car for about a year. Now the car wont start and the fuel pump wont run. All the fuses are good. I checked for fault codes: terminal 2 would not flash at all, terminal 6 has a code of 111. I removed the cover to the fuel pump relay and noticed when I turn the key on, only half of the relay "clicks" (closed contacts)and the other half doesnt "click". I manually closed the contacts for the fuel pump and the car ran. I replaced the relay. The new relay also does not "click" for fuel pump half of the relay. I used an Ohm meter and determined there is no resistance in the green w/blue tracer wire between the relay and the Jetronic computer (on the right kick panel) terminal #20. Any info will be greatly appreciated!

Thank You,

Answer
Hey Mark! If there are no flashes on the #2 pin, there is no communication with the ECM. There is a 25 amp fuse in a white holder under the hood. L/S near the shock tower. The fuse could be blown or the holder may be badly corroded. I would start there. Let me know what happens. I'll be here if you need more help.
