i have a friend who owns a volvo 850 GLT. he has several indicator lights on on the dashboard  #1 check engine light with codes 1100,1101,1102, and 1103 with no apparent problems with engine performance.  #2ABS light , and #3 TRAC light  with no codes and again with no apparent problems . any suggestions would be appreciated .

For the ABS I can say that it is obvious that ABS control Unit is defective, it should be replaced with new one.
For Check Engine, the codes you took are either wrong or they should be taken via Volvo System Tester so I can help you more.
