Driving & Driving Test Tips: hit in the rear, slow car, rear end

i got hit in the rear on i 20 had a flat in the middle land pulled over to right land to go dowm ramp to change tire put emmergecy lights on was going slow very slow car came behind me tryed to by pass me and went into land where a t5ruck was coming the truck hit him and he in turn hit my rear end however i got a ticket for as officer says they said i was stoped on the interstate however i was not; now questions remain am i at faught or he for hitting me in the back

I don't lknow what state this happened but in CA an officer must be able to prove the violation and can not issue a ticket just on the say so of others.  I don't know who is at fault, but if you were moving and attempting to exit the freeway then you should not have been at fault.
