Driving & Driving Test Tips: car underwater, car right, cracks

Question
I am curious, does a car underwater upside down with the windows broken fill slower than a car right side up in the same situation?

Answer
A car right side up will fill up slower because the water must come through the cracks around the doors and not the open windoews when upside down.  That is if it hits the surface fairly flat on the water.

If they are underwater anyway, it won't make any difference.
