Driving & Driving Test Tips: Driving Test -, illinois rules of the road, paul bates

Question
I will be taking my driving test in Chicago, IL.

I have the following doubts:

1. In order to pass the test, is it a must to use hand over hand steering for right/left turns?  I mean, as long as I do not lose control, or do anything dangerous, does it matter which steering technique I am using?

2. During the test, after having made a turn, can I loosen my grip on the wheel and let it return?

Thanks

Answer
Dear Kelvin,

I'm sorry but I am from the United Kingdom and and not familiar with Test Standards in Illinois.

The Link below will take you to the Illinois Rules Of The Road Website.

I'm sorry I couldn't be of more help and wish you luck with finding the information you need and with your test.
