I got a ticket for speeding. My ticket says 22349 (.3) VC- speed
I looked up the code and there is no such thing as a section 3 of that code. Can I fight the ticket on grounds that that section does not exist?

Actually, the section is correct, however, the carbon copy of your citation did not transfer through well. As a result, the letter "B" looks like the number "3".

The section you want to look at is: 22349(B) CVC.

As this is not a mistake, you would have no technical grounds to contest the citation.
