I have a 1994 jeep grand Cherokee Ltd and i am trying to hook up a aftermaarket stereo in it. When i look up the wiring diagram on the Internet the colors don't match the ones i have is there anyway you could tell me what wires are what?

It is possible that the wiring colors on the radio are not standard.  I would purchase a repair manual from one of your local auto parts stores.  These have the wiring diagrams in them and are a great help.  You may have to read what each wire is for and compare the colors to the ones on the radio.  This is one way to match them up regardless of actual colors.
