My 1995 Nissan Pathfinder has been having issues turning off both headlights. The right headlight stays on even when the switch and headlight controls are off. How can i fix this?

Wow, this is an unusual one.  Sounds like you have a shorted relay, or wire.  You will need to get a manual for the Nissan and, using the wiring diagram, trace out the headlight wiring on the right side.  It may be that this model has a separate relay for each headlight and the one for the right side is stuck on.
