4 Wheel Drive/SUVs: Denali heated seat, grand cherokee, heated seat

the drivers side when turned on high feels like your bottom is going to burn up. Back seems fine for temp. 1st it was only high that was too hot now its high and medium that get way past comfortable temperature. Your thoughts please. Thanks

This is usually a dealer fix and not always cheap.  Could be a faulty switch, but many times it is the heating unit itself, which is a pair of pads (similar to standard heating pads) installed in the seat.  Mine went bad in my Grand Cherokee, and I ended up replacing the pads themselves as they had a short in the wiring inside the seat.
