4 Wheel Drive/SUVs: Park lamp fuse keeps blowing, dodge ram 2500, amp fuse

i have a 1997 dodge ram 2500 GAS 360 my park lamp fuse just all of a sudden started blowing therefore i have no dash lighs overhead cab lights or tail lights it just up and started blowing i put a 30amp fuse it blew it in 20-30 secs and it gets real hot what could be the cause of this? thanks...

you have a dead short in a wire somewhere. When you put in the 30 amp fuse did you see any smoke somewhere or smell anything inside the cab? look at all the wiring and try to find a bad spot in the wires because something is shorting straight to ground by ways of the body or frame or another wire.
