4 Wheel Drive/SUVs: 98 Dodge Derango, dodge derango, radiator flush

Question
My truck is overheating as I drive it, I replaced the water pump, themostat, fan clutch, and now I'm about totry a radiator flush, I'm confused about what other problem it could be. I even had it check to see if I blow a head but I didn't so what other problem could it be that causes it to overheat. When I crank it up in the morning I let it sit for 10 or 15 minutes and it doesn't overheat. so I'm confused.

Answer
Im not exactly sure, when you replaced your thermostat did you make sure to get the exact same one that was in there? With the same specs on temperature and when it opens? Also there could be something in the water lines or in the coolant passages in the eninge itself, but try the radiator flush, and see what happens.
