4 Wheel Drive/SUVs: SUVs, better business bureau, suzucki

Question
Presently drivinga XL-7 Suzucki 4wd. Like to get another SUV or maybe a crossover but so far not impressed with the Consumer Reports ratings. What do you suggest? Secondly, in my area dealers service and attitude sucks. Seems take it or leave it and have not found one owner of XL-7 would purchase a second one. Had a Ranger and S-10, this is my first experience with a Japenese vehicle. Thanx.

Personally I drive a 2001 RAV4 with over 60,000 miles, no repair costs other than normal maintenance and still with the (Extra Cost) original Goodrich premium tires.  Hondas CRV is also excellent.  In your case you might check with the local Better Business Bureau and see how the local dealers are rated.  A little saved with a bad dealer can cost you, both dollars and aggrevation, more than you save.  If you have any specific questions let me know.  Best of luck to you.  Bud
