4 Wheel Drive/SUVs: Camber Bolt, alignment shop, front end alignment

I own a 1994 k1500 4x4 blazer 350.
I was told that I could not get a front end alignment because the camber bolt won't turn all the way. Please let me know if you need more info.

It's hard to say without looking at it.  I would check another reputable alignment shop.  If there is a problem with the bolt, then it should be replaced, or repaired.
I haven't worked on this model, so without a manual, I can't tell you if this is normal or not.
