4 Wheel Drive/SUVs: Clicking, cv boots, lug nut

Question
I have a 97 ford explorer AWD 5.0L and when I move slow like backing up or pulling forward I hear like a clicking noise. I have checked all the ujoints and the cv boots and everything seems to be ok. THanks

Answer
Don,

Can't give you a very good answer without driving, or listening to the Ford.  I have seen this symptom caused by something as simple as a rock stuck in the tread of the tire, a loose lug nut, or a loose brake component to a broken gear in one of the differentials.

What I would do, is to have a friend walk alongside of the car while you drive it to see if the location of the noise can be pin pointed.  This will give you an idea of what parts to check.
