4 Wheel Drive/SUVs: 1996 chevy S-10 LT Blazer/Electical, starter solenoid, chevy dealer

Question
Here we go, It has a factory installed security system (it was a accessory add on) at least that what the Chevy dealer says. I was wondering if any one knows where I can get a wiring drawing for that system? The dealer says he does not have one. I do have one for the regular starting and charging system, but not security system.I pulled the fuses out of the system and the engine will not start with the key. I have to turn the key to the on position and jump a hot wire from the positive side of battery to the starter solenoid in order for it to run. Does anyone know if there is a device in system that is not allowing it to start and where it would be located

Answer
To my knowledge GM has never offered a dealer installed security system.  Normally they are aftermarket items purchased, and often installed, locally. My best advice would be to find the manufacturers name on the device and check their website where they probably have advice sites.  Best of luck to you.  Bud
