As it would be hard to explain the process in writing, I would suggest that you purchase a repair manual (around $20) for your model Jeep.  These manuals give step by step instructions, and illustrations on most repairs, such as replacing window glass.  Replacing the glass isn't a real tough job, but a manual with illustrations, and instructions can make the job much easier.  These manuals can come in handy for future trouble shooting.  They can be purchased at most auto parts stores.
