Ah yes....the ultimate hard to find bulb. Have you tried: A.Dealer, B.Auto Parts Store, C. Junkyard

They are hard to find. I will continue to see if I can find the number (I was able to find it once)and let you know if I do but your best bet is to find a parts store that can match the bulb. I'm not sure where you are from, but you will have better luck with stores like Napa or independant stores vs Autozone. At very worst, get one from a salvage yard. Grand 2 or 3 while your there. That is what I did! They didn't even charge me.
