my window on my jeep broke its the little wing window how do I get a new one and put it in

You might try picking one up at a salvage yard but if not available, any Jeep parts department can order you a new wing window assembly.  You will have to remove the door panel to get the old one out and the new one in.  A good Jeep manual will give you the step by step details.
To make life a lot easier, have the Jeep body shop install it for you.
You are probably looking at around $ 150 for a new wing assembly installed but get a quote so you don't suffer sticker shock with the bill.
