Suzuki: 93 sidekick jx 8v fuel pump relay clicking, suzuki sidekick, fuel pump relay

Hi, I have a 93 Suzuki Sidekick Jx. Car wont turn over, when i turn the key to the on position to start it, My fuel pump relay continuously clicks, along with sensors under the hood. I sent the ECU to service, and put it back in, and still have the same problem. HELP! I really need my car and i have no idea whats going on!

Very often this sort of problem is due to dirty, corroded connections at the battery, and where the battery cables connect to ground, and to the engine.  take them loose, and clean them with a baking soda/water mix, and then reassemble the connections.
