QUESTION: dont do what?

you mean i must refill the system with freon 134?

if not what could be the consequences?

Answer
If it's supposed to have 134, refill with 134.  The oil and the desiccant (a moisture absorbent) are specific to the refrigerant.  Usually, using a different refrigerant causes an eventual breakdown of the lubricant, and eventual compressor failure.  At least, here in the USA, r12 costs ten to fifteen times as much as r134, and requires professional licensing to acquire and use legally.  Makes sense now?
