Generally, barring some extenuating circumstances such as problems with the vehicle, the answer to your question is no. There are state by state variations on return policies and the  amount of time since your purchase, but you would have to find those specific to your state. Don't go buy what the dealer tells you, they will almost always tell you there is a strict no return policy once you drive off the lot.

You should be able to find specific information from your states Attorney General or their website.
