Tips on Buying Cars: cancel contract, e mail address, proper steps

Question
Can I return a used car that was brought for my granddaughter.  My daughter-in-law paid for the car in full and brought it home.  I did not see it until she brought it home.  I had it checked out and there was several things wrong.  Two days later I took the car back and told them we did not want it.  The seller refused to take the car back.  Can he do it?  We only had the car 2 days and did not drive it but to the house.

Answer
Hi Hazel
I want to be on your side but unfortunately were not dealing with Wal-Mart or Home Depot where refunds are excepted

Your family member signed a bill of sale and its yours to keep with no come back...

I am sorry to be so harsh, but it comes down to i wish your daughter-in -law would have had vehicle checked like you did (prior to purchase)...

Now the question is...where do we go from here...if you want my help i will need all details, such as Price Vehicle -zip code - finance or cash - how much is involved to make car perfect ?  go to my website   http://www.usedcartips.org/
study the proper steps how to buy a used car...and use my e-mail address in website that way it will be private
Wish i could have made your day Hazel...sorry
