Tips on Buying Cars: Used truck, f150 4x4, cab 4x4

Question
Hello. We are in the market to buy a used truck. Our own vehicle was demolished a week ago, and we've decided a truck is better for us. We are sort of limited in what we can spend, but still want a decent vehicle. We had one out for a test drive that we like, but I'd like your opinion. It's a 2001 Ford F150,ext.cab,4x4,Triton V8 engine. The used car dealership is asking $10,900 for it. The only thing bugging us is the kilometres. She has 135,000. The day we looked at it, they had just had it inspected and certified. They put 4 new tires on it as well. We don't travel alot, we drive a fair amount in town. Do you think that amount of kms is excessive? We are sort of on a limit with time, as our insurance is renting us a vehicle right now,but I will probably have to return it soon. A quick reply is appreciated. Thanks!!

Answer
Hi Rhonda
For you to mention kilometres type of vehicle and price i just know your from Canada ?
F150 - 4x4 - V8 -  with 135K is valid value in the price range providing the truck is in excellent condition...

As for the KM dont give it a second thought, i have seen many Triton V8 with more than 250K and going strong
