 I'm planning to buy a used car. I need your guidance, what are the major points, that I should pay attention to, technical or non-techn?

what kind of car fits your needs? 2 door or 4 door or mini van. Decide that first. How much is your budget? When you decide that go to www.carmax.com put in criteria and see what comes up. Is gas mileage important, certain features?
After you decide scroll the 1000's of cars on carmax website. If there is one in your area, go and look and test drive. They will show you whatever you want as they make same money on any price range. If you do not ahve a local CarMax, decide what you like go to a big dealer in area, when you find a car you like get a carfax to see if ever in an accident.
