Tips on Buying Cars: Purchased Salvage Vehicle, legal recourse, suspension issues

My husband purchased a salvage vehicle for my teenage daughter at the time her purchased the vehicle he was informed the vehicle had been in an accident to the front and the passenger door on the drivers side. he side the disclouse stating that he understood it was a salvaged vehicle ----two weeks later my daughter was in a car accident she lost control of the vehicle; we took the car to a mechanic that stated the dealer did not disclose that there was suspension problems, bolts missing from the rear of the car, frame bent not sqaured, and they practically used bondo to piece the car together to sell.  What is our legal recourse if any. as stated he did disclose front end and side damage but he did not disclose any suspension or missing parts or bolts. please advise
the mechanic we took the car to stated that we should get rid of it ASAP that it would be a death trap fpr my daughter she is a new driver and this car has major damage and the suspension issues played part to her loosing control of the car.

this one needs a bit more information , i am on the road but i want to help you . Did you pull a car fax or is there one available . Where is the seller located  so i can see the laws of the state). What bolts are missing. Please explain exactly what happen when she lost control . What or why .
I will need more info , but if he signed a disclosure regarding the salvage it will be tough.
But all repairable salvage vehicle will need a inspection by the dmv and have a secondary assigned vin. Let me know please
