Tips on Buying Cars: Concern about a fair price, suzuki sx4, true market value

Question
I signed a paper with the break down of the costs and purchase price of a new car. I left a credit card number as a down payment.  No credit slip was signed and no copy of the paper was given to me.  I did not take delivery of the car.  I have since learned that I was charged $600 over edmunds.com "true market value pricing" amount.  Can I still negotiate the price or walk away?  Also, how do I find out if the fees such as "tire fee", "waste recovery fee" and transfer title are correct or legitimate?  And on what amount are they supposed to charge tax on: the full MSRP plus fees?

Also, the price of the car before fees and after rebate was 15887 for a Suzuki SX4 Sport Touring manual.  Is it a fair price?

Thanks for your help.
