FOLLOW UP ON CAR CONTRACT IF ITS A NEW CAR AND CONTRACT IS SIGNED AND YOU HAVE NOT TAKEN POSSESSION IS IT STILL VOID IF NOT VEHICLE IS TAKEN OR DELIVERED???

In most states, it is not valid unless you physically take delivery of the vehicle off their lot, and drive it off their lot.  In the instance where they deliver the vehicle to you, it would fall under the law that most states have which is a three day grace period.  

I would not be able to answer your question completely unless I know which state you live in, and can find the laws in that state.
