I bought a truck two weeks ago and I haven't put it under my name do I have
to pay a fee for that?

Thanks for your question.  Yes, you have to pay registration fees, and title fees.  You need to go to your local Department of Motor Vehicle office to transfer the vehicle into your name, unless you bought it from a dealership.  If you bought it from a dealership, then they will do that for you.  If you bought it from a private seller, you will need to do it yourself.
