Tips on Buying Cars: 0% again, unfortunate circumstance, barney frank

Question
QUESTION: So I will purchase the vehicle for the low price on the contract and get my loan from my bank having been pre-approved by them.  The dealership makes less money on the deal by not writing the loan.
I suspect they figured out they priced the deal too low and now are trying to bamboozle me into paying more.  Not going to happen.  So last century (before the internet).
If they try to play any more games I'll let you know.

ANSWER: Good Luck Richard

Thanks

QUESTION: Up date: Vehicle ordered on October 7th - as of today dealer cannot tell me when it will be in and still refuses 0% deal.  I'm going to undo the deal and get my deposit back (with a witness).
Next I would like to make some noise about how this dealer has had my deposit for 12 weeks and I have nothing to show for it.  In addition, Ford has sunk this deal by (according to the dealer)built this vehicle on Dec.5th, fully 2 months after I ordered it.  Since I am in Massachusetts I figure an e-mail to Kennedy, Kerry, and good old Barney Frank explaining how they should not bail-out the domestics might help Congress see the light.
If you have any other ideas feel free.  Thanks for your help.

Answer
Have you contacted the BBB to file a complaint. When you do the BBB will send them a letter that they have to answer also if that would happen in Houston the consumer would contact one of the TV stations that has investigative reporters that would show up and warn consumers of how not to have this happen to them. As far as the date when the truck would have been built could have something to do with the plant, the plants have build/production dates meaning they only build that body style on certain times, but you should have been told, This is an unfortunate circumstance for you, it sounds like somebody dropped the ball and your not hearing the whole story from the dealer. You know what they say "The truth can set you free" it may not be what you want to hear but just being truthful to the consumer works much better.Hope this helps, stay in touch.

To all who read this post,"WHEN WORKING ON A GREAT DEAL,HAVE EVERYTHING IN WRITING AND SIGNED" thats why I always do everything via the Internet to keep records, if at the dealer have everything in writing and signed.
