Tips on Buying Cars: bought a car and it has not been delivered, shipping company, ebay

Brad, I bought a car from an individual in florida one month ago and he has yet to deliver. He continues to push back the delivery date and will not give us a number for the shipping company. What are my options? Thanks

Well if I had more information I could help further. I am not sure what source you bought it through such as Ebay, etc. I also am not sure how you paid for it such as a secure escrow or cashiers check etc. In fact let me ask some questions and upon your answers I will be able to assist further.

1-Where did you buy it from(Ebay,etc)
2-Have you paid for it yet?
3-If so how did you pay for it?
4-Details of the buy.
5-What were the terms of the sale?
