Tires: Wheel Alignment, wheel alignment, toyota camry

Question
I just purchased 4 new tires for my Toyota Camry and the tire store offered a free alignment check. The results of the check showed left front tire toe reading -.22 degrees, and the right front tire toe reading was -.12 degrees. All other readings for rear and front tires were within normal range.  I put only 3000-4000 miles per year on the car. Should I have an alignment done or can I save the $79?

Answer
Jeff,

If you don't mind purchasing tires about 3 times more often than normal, then forgo the alignment.

If, on the other hand, you think spending $79 now is worth saving several hundred dollars over the next few years, then you should get the alignment.
