I HAVE A FORD F-650 ROLLBACK WRECKER TRUCK THAT THE INSIDE DUALS
WEAR VERY CHOPPY, THE TRUCK HAS 13000 MILES ON IT AND THE OUTERS
SEEM TO BE WEARING FAIRLY SMOOTH,THE TIRES ARE A AGGRESSIVE MUD
/SNOW TYPE TREAD,ANY IDEAS?

Answer
Frank,

It sounds like there is an alignment problem with the truck, but I can't discount the possibility that lack of rotation is the problem.

I would suggest you swap the inners for the outers and see if that doesn't help smooth things out.  However, once a tire has developed irregular wear, it is frequently difficult to erase the old wear pattern.  That pattern tends to continue.  The best situation is to prevent it in the first place by regular rotation.
