Tires: where did these tires come from ?, quality tire, discount tire

yesterday I agreed to purchase a set of Kuhmo Solus Xpert KH20 tires.  I did have tire installed.  The receipt and warrant says Solus Xpert KH20 but when I inspected the tires they were actually Kuhmo Solus HP 4 .
I can find nothing online about the Solus HP4 tire.  Is it an OEM tire?   Bottom line is this is not the tire listed on the Discount Tire Warrant so I am sure my road hazard warrant would not be honored.
My question is about the quality of this tire.  Is this a lower quality tire than the Xpert KH20?

First, I think you need to go back to Discount Tire and ask for an explanation.  My guess is that BOTH of those tires are OEM - given the small amount of tire sizes available in each.

No, I don't think they are lower quality, just different.
