Tires: 2010 dodge caravan tire sizes, dodge caravan, size designation

Currently, we have 225 65 17 tires on our van. We own 225 60 17 snow
tires. Will these snow tires fit on our van?

The original tires on your Dodge Caravan have a load carrying capacity of 1,764 lbs per tire @ 35 psi according to my records.  You have not indicated to me if the snow tire size 225/60R17 are so-called "p-metric" tires in which case the sidewall would show: P225/60R17.  Some European spec sizes don't have a "P" in front of the size designation and may carry different load ratings.  
If they (snow tires) are indeed P225/60R17, they DO NOT have enough load capacity for your Dodge Caravan and should not be used.
