will 225/6/16 tires fit on the same rims as 205/60/16 on my 2006 Dodge Stratus SXT?

You will have to confirm if the tire size designation "225/6/16" is actually: (P)225/60R16.  If so, this larger (diameter, width) may have vehicle, body, fender clearance problems on your Dodge Stratus.  Only a qualified tire dealer can verify this by a test fitment to insure there is no interference.  As for fitting on the original Dodge wheel, my records show that a 6.5" rim width was installed on your car (to be confirmed by your tire dealer). a P225/60R16 is suitable for a 6.5" rim width.  As for the issue of installing this larger tire size compared to the original size, it is difficult to see any merit in this, and the larger tire diameter of the (P)225/60R16 is just outside of the generally acceptable max. diameter difference (3%) for replacement tires.  The larger diameter may influence your braking efficiency and the accuracy of your odometer, speedometer.
