Tires: Balancing,, volvo v 40, rubber plugs

Hi,  I repaired a flat tire on a Volvo V-40 with a rubber plug.  Is this a sufficient weight change to require re-balancing of the tire?

Todd,

First, rubber plugs are considered temporary repairs.  They tend to leak - and not always right away.  They also do not reinforce the damaged area.  I'd advise getting the tire properly repaired with a plug/patch combination.  When they get done, they should rebalance the tire.
