What are the reasons of drop in Inflation pressure in 11R22.5 Tubeless Truck/Bus tyres,especially if the vehicle is overloaded ? Or in other words how overloading (above recommended limits) affects the inflation pressure ?

It's a little unclear what you are asking, but I think you'll find that the inflation pressure gets ever so slightly larger as load is applied to a tire.

But in case that isn't quite what you asked, the recommended inflation pressure should go up as more load is applied - BUT, it is not uncommon for increased loads to mean decreased speeds - and decreased speeds can result in recommendations for reduced inflation pressure.
