Tires: tires, dodge ram 1500, tires

Question
I have a 04 dodge ram 1500. I had the tires rotated and blanced, in the process they found a nail in one of the tires it was fixed.
The next day I noticed that one tire had the white letter out the other three tires had the white letters in. When I had new tires installed I Had all tires installed with the white letters in.
Could there be damaged done to the tire and or treat, I have driven about 200 miles. thank you

If you mean was there damage done to the tire by having the tire run in a different direction, the answer is no.  In fact, a properly done X rotation - the preferred kind - results in the tire rotating in both directions - so 200 miles, one way or the other doesn't matter.

And unless you are fussy about the way it looks, it would be OK just to leave it.
