Tires: tire size for my 1965 ford falcon, ford falcon futura, 1965 ford falcon futura

I purchased a 1965 ford falcon futura and I am trying to take it back to its original.  It was a one owner when I purchased the care and the owner said that the rims are original 14 inch.  What size tire should I mount on the rims?  I am looking for white walls as well and would appreciate guidance as to who and where to purchase.

According to Tire Guides a 1965 Ford Flacon came with a variety of tire sizes - and the ones with 14" came with either 6.45-14's or 6.95-14's.

That's about the same as a current sizing system of 175/75R14 and 185/75R14 - but it isn't as simple as that.

But if you want original,. you need to talk to Coker Tire.  They specialize in tires for antique and vintage cars.
