Tires: Spare tires, spare tires, proper clearances

I found a good deal on some tires Bridgestone (225-R60-16) so I bought them as spare tires for my car only to discover that the size of my existing tires (215-R60-16)is a little different. Can I use these tires on my car?

 As long as you replace all four at the same time you shouldn't have any problems.  Keep in mind that your speedometer will not be correct with the taller tires.  You will need to make sure that you have proper clearances in the front when the tires are mounted.
