Tires: OEM Age specifications for tires, assembly plant, vehicle manufacturers

Do you happen to know what the car manufacturers specify or recommend as to the maximum age of a tire to used first time on new vehicle?

Vehicle manufacturers only have a specification for the age of tires
that arrive at their assembly plant - and that information is considered proprietary.  But once the tire arrives at their assembly plant, I know of no specification as to how long the tire can sit in their inventory before it is applied to a new vehicle.
