Tires: TIRE CHOP, goodyear wrangler, front end alignments

Question
My 2007 Dodge Dakota had extreme tire chop on front tires on outside tread at 6,000 miles (Goodyear Wrangler SR-A
M+S | P265/60R18 | 109T (Factory Optional Installed Equipment.  I have never hit anything or the like.  I have never had vibration or pulling either.  So when I had my 6,000 mile factory service done I pointed it out to the dealership and they did an alignment and rotated the tires.  At that time the Dealership stated the "TOE" was off and "more than likely" set wrong in the factory during assembly.  Well, now at 11,240 miles, I have chop again and it is worse than before!  What should I tell the Dealership to do this time and do you recommend I take it to a "professional shop" that specializes only in front end alignments or what?  Those tires will be very expensive to replace and will never make it to the recommended tire mileage life.  When I took it to Goodyear, they told me to go back to the dealership!
By the way, recommended tire pressure on door jam is 35psi and 36psi on tires.  I have faithfully kept the tire pressure at recommended rate?  What next?  Thanks

Answer
Kenny,

I suggest you take it somewhere else for an alignment.  This is one of those cases where I suspect the problem is the width of the factory tolerance.  My experience is that most factory tolerances are too wide by half.  You should ask the guy at the new shop if he agrees with that - and if he does, you have a winner!
