Tires: tire presure, proper tires, fuel mileage

I own a 2004 Suburban LT. The sticker on the driver's side
calls for tire presure set at 32.
On the tire 265/17 says 35 psi. What is the correct presure to get the fuel mileage?

 I'll need answers to a few questions first.  It sounds as though the proper tires are not installed on this vehicle.

1.  What does the Tire Placard,located inside the driver's door, indicate for the size and load range tire recommended for this vehicle ?  Please record and forward me ALL the data from the Placard.

2. Do you tow with this vehicle ?  If so, what ?
