Tires: After Market Tire Pressure, 17 inch wheels, 2005 hyundai tiburon

Barry,
I have a 2005 Hyundai Tiburon.  I bought the car used with 7,000 miles.  The wheels that came on the car are 18 inch. I know that the car originally came with 17 inch wheels.  I have recently replaced the tires.  I am getting a rough ride.  Is there a website out there that I can enter my new tire size and get a correct new tire pressure?

I'm sorry but while the calculation is fairly easy to do, it does require the use of tire load tables - which are difficult to find and aren't published on the internet.

But if you will look at the sidewall of the 18" tires and read the tire size - and look for the placard on the vehicle which will list the original tire size and the proper pressure for that size, I'll do the calculation for you.

BTW the placard is usually located on a doorpost or in the glove box.
