Tires: Wobbly Tire / with fluid all over it, wobbles, rear tire

A month ago I hit a pole on the drivers side and noticed that my rear tire wobbles when I drive.  I did'nt have the money to fix it so I drove it like that.  Now I noticed that the wheel wall is soak with fluid and so is the inside of the tire.  Have I ruined my SUV?

Answer
You can cause a lot of damage with a wobble tire and it is very unsafe.
You need to have that tire replace, and if the tires have a lot of wear, you should replace both tires on a axle.  New tires go on the back if less then four.

Then you need to have the car looked at for damage.
