Tires: replacing tires, honda civic ex, 1993 honda civic

Can I put tires from my 93 honda civic ex 4 dr  on my 2000 honda civic 2dr?  currently the 93 has 175's and the 2000 has 185's

No.  A 1993 Honda Civic originally came with P175/70R13 82S  while a 2000 Honda Civic original came with 185/65R14 87S.  Notice that the Load Index is larger by 5 units for the newer model.  This means the newer model requires 150# more load carrying capacity.

Overloaded tire failures can sometimes have tragic results.

I suggest you sell your old tires on eBay.
