Tires: van tires, coin operated car wash, pressure washer

How can i remove tar from my tires? My son drove through fresh tar last night. Now my van shakes when i drive it.

Unfortunately, the amount of work to clean this stuff off is enormous, particularly compared to how dirty the job is.

The only thing I can think of that would be worth the effort - and not cost too much - is to try a pressure washer at a coin operated car wash station.

Other than that I don't think there is any effective means except to wait it out.
