Tires: Switching out tire sizes, dodge neon, season thanks

I have a 2004 Dodge Neon SXT Current tire size is P185/60R 15, I want to change sizes since this size isn't readily available. I also travel about 1000 miles a month at speeds greater than 75mph. Which way do I go for saftey and treadlife. I am looking for an all season. Thanks!

Unfortunately you asked for somewhat incompatible things.  For safety, you want the highest speed rating - using less of something's capability is always safer.

But that leads in the general direction of lower tread life.

But I'm afriad that the size is is not going to get any better, so staying with the size you have now is your best option.
